Rob Stoeckel was born and raised on a farm in South Australia, his father a Carpenter and his mother a Manager of a Building Supply company. Although he spent a lot of time in the carpentry workshop from a young age, he embarked on a career in the Oil and Gas industry. Firstly as a Mechanical Technician and finishing 20 years later as a Project Manager (Planning), during this time he worked throughout Cental Australia in some of the most difficult conditions imaginable, it was at these times he pondered "there has to be a better way". Love lead him to Switzerland and back to his roots. He put to use the skills he had learnt from his father, gaining a job as a Furniture maker and designer. It was at this time he realized this was the field he was destined to work in.
